- Personalized Customer Advocacy: Be the go-to person for all client needs, whether helping select the perfect outfit for a red carpet event, resolving return issues, or providing friendly advice. You are the guide and partner in their journey through our exclusive designs.
- Showroom Experience Curation: Shape and uphold the visual and experiential identity of our showroom. Your efforts ensure that every client steps into a space that is both inviting and representative of our brand’s aesthetic.
- Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management and sales targets. Ensure the showroom operates smoothly, maintaining optimal scheduling to meet business needs.
- Feedback Integration: Act as the crucial link between our customers and the design and production teams. Your insights from customer interactions will directly influence future collections and innovations.
- Made-to-Measure Services: Oversee our bespoke services, where personalization meets craftsmanship in our atelier.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Foster and maintain excellent relationships with our clients, ensuring a continuous engagement and high level of satisfaction.
English and Chinese are definitely a plus.
