WORLDWIDE SHIPPING DELAYS

We regret to inform you we are currently experiencing shipping delays by our courier United Parcel Services (UPS) and FedEX for delivery WORLDWIDE. Please see below for more information on this:
This is due the yearly Songkran or Thai National NewYear, where our HQ are based. We will not able to ship out as there are no flights from the period of 13th to 18th April.
How long is the delay?
From our latest communication with UPS and FedEx, the current delay is estimated to be 7-21 days for all shipping (express and standard) due to unavailability of flights to these destinations.
Are there any other shipping options?
Our team has checked with all other potential shipping options and we apologize there are no flights. Currently, we are between 10-21 days for shipping time.
What is Stolen Stores doing to help alleviate this issue?
Information regarding this delay will posted across the website and other communication channels so you can plan ahead. Also, should your order not be shipped out yet and wish to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. In the meantime, we will keep checking with our couriers and choose the best and fastest method of shipping to fulfill your order.
